In 2025 we worked along side the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission to create a set of illustrated infographics for phase 3 of their Independent review into workplace equality.
For this final phase, the Commission had decided to go with a digital approach. With a key priority set that Ambulance Victoria staff would be able to access the information from a variety of devices including reading it on their phone.
Information that’s easy to follow
The process for creating the infographic included mocking it up in Illustrator for the client, then using a digital program to set out the information in the website. You can view the full infographic in action over here: Ambulance Victoria Phase 3 Infographic
Illustrations that bring stories to life
The digital report linked together the final recommendations, barriers and enablers to those being followed through and standards for what the commission expected. Through illustration and icon design we helped to bring some of these key themes to life for the Commission and Ambulance Victoria.
