The Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre (CNLC) is a community hub on the edge of the inner city of Naarm (Melbourne). CNLC works with the people of Carlton and surrounding areas, particularly those experiencing economic and social disadvantage, to connect, learn, share skills and improve participation in work and community life.

Like all neighbourhood centres, CNLC is a special place for people in Carlton to find a safe space in an inclusive community. The Community Garden Signage was part of a series of signs produced for the garden to promote the centre and invite people into the garden space.
