The Manifesto for Sex Positive Social Media is created by a group community organisations, advocates and academics that wanted to consider how social media platforms could better understand sexual content, responding to platform policies that restrict or prohibit consensual sexual communication, expression, and representation.

​This manifesto challenges social media policies and those that make them to be accountable, integrate sexual cultures into social media, dismantle structural oppression, cultivate consent, destigmatise sex and to create safer spaces.
