Transgender Victoria’s guide “Coming Out at Work: A guide for transgender, gender diverse and non-binary people”

I loved having the opportunity to work with the team at TGV on the design for this thoughtfully created resource. The guide supports trans and gender diverse employees to plan for navigating their ‘Coming Out’ journey in the workplace setting — including advice and strategies for creating supportive networks, setting your own boundaries and talking to your manager.

The TGV colour palette is a bright selection of colours that reflect the trans pride flag. Using fun shapes to combine text and images, we produced a publication that was filled with pride for an important milestone in someone’s life.
