Jacq has worked on a number of lived experience projects to support co-design teams to bring their vision to life. Their own passion in storytelling through visuals has helped support these projects.

In 2022, the Switchboard team created CHARLEE, an online LGBTIQA+ Suicide Prevention hub. CHARLEE is the first of its kind. Driven by a collective of people that want to change the story of LGBTIQA+ suicide through connection and hope.
