In 2022, Ambulance Victoria worked closely with the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) to conduct an independent review into allegations  of discrimination, sexual harassment and victimisation at Ambulance Victoria.

​Based on the findings, two reports of over 760 pages were created that outlined the detailed findings and recommendations from the Commission for Ambulance Victoria to move towards a safer and more inclusive workplace.

​It was an honor as a designer to work with the team on this detailed report, and an incredibly important project to be part of. We are all dependent on our Ambulance Service to be there, usually at one of our worst moments. Here's hoping that the detailed and passionate work of the VEOHRC can be part of this important workplace becoming safer and more respectful for all of the AV staff.
